Privacy policy

Agent Accelerator is a private activity and performance tracker for real estate teams. This page explains what it stores, why, and who else touches it.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, and profile picture. If you sign in with Google, these come from your Google account. Nothing else is requested from Google.
- What you log: activities, points, goals, outcomes (including an optional sale price), and Growth Map plans you write.
- Security records: sign-in and join attempts with the IP address they came from, used to block guessing attacks, and a log of admin actions.
How it is used
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To score your activity and show it to your team: your name, points, and tier appear on your team's leaderboard. Team admins can see member names and email addresses.
- To send your team a weekly summary email.
There is no advertising, no tracking pixels, and your data is never sold.
Google user data
Agent Accelerator uses only the basic Google profile (name, email address, profile picture) to create and sign in to your account. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared except with the service providers below as needed to run the app. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- Resend - the weekly team email
- Anthropic - optional AI suggestions. Only the text you choose to send to the assistant is processed, to generate suggestions.
Keeping and deleting data
Your data is kept while your account is active. A team admin can delete your account, which removes your logged activity. To ask for deletion or a copy of your data, email info@northtek.io.
Cookies
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: info@northtek.io.
